My name is Paul. I’m a therapist based in Surry Hills, Sydney. I specialise in working with adults and adolescents experiencing difficulty with stress management.

Using a variety of cognitive and behavioural techniques, counselling for stress can help you move toward a more comfortable and contented life.

Stress management therapy may include helping you identify the causes of your stress, managing underlying emotions, strengthening assertiveness skills and looking at general relaxation strategies such as mindfulness practices, breathing and muscle relaxation techniques.
