My name is Paul. I’m a counsellor and psychotherapist based in Surry Hills, Sydney. I specialise in working with adults and adolescents experiencing grief and loss.
What is grief?
Grief is an normal emotion we feel when an important relationship comes to an end. People often seek counselling when they notice that life is not returning to normal after a significant loss.
Symptoms of grief include:
