I am a counsellor and psychotherapist based in Surry Hills, Sydney.
During therapy, I take a non-judgemental, empathic and, at times, challenging approach.
Sessions are conversational in style, with a focus on growth, change and living a meaningful life. I take an integrative approach which can include one or more evidence-based psychotherapeutic modalities: psychodynamic, existential, transpersonal and mindfulness practices.
Together, we’ll work to understand how your past may be influencing your life today; how you make sense of, and derive meaning from life; and how you can bolster your resilience when faced with future challenging experiences.
I offer both short-term counselling, and longer-term psychotherapy for more complicated issues.
I am also an experienced mindfulness meditation teacher and practitioner. I regularly run mindfulness workshops and seminars for workplaces, community groups and schools.
