During therapy, I take a non-judgemental, empathic and, at times, challenging approach.
Sessions are conversational in style, with a focus on growth, change and living a meaningful life. I take an integrative approach which can include one or more psychological modalities.
Together, we’ll work to understand how your past may be influencing your life today; how you make sense of, and derive meaning from, life; and how you can bolster your resilience when faced with future challenging experiences.
I specialise in working with issues including depression, generalised and social anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, relationship issues, life-transitions and spiritual growth.
I offer both short-term counselling, and longer-term psychotherapy for more complicated issues.
